Responsible

• Formulate and execute sales strategies to enhance market share within the electronics and automotive sectors.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying opportunities to broaden our client base.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with our technical and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact to post-sales support.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to inform sales tactics and strategy.

More qualification

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in adhesive products or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle for customer visits and sales activities.
