หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Responsible for managing all assigned stores to ensure that sales and profits are achieved according to business practices, policies and procedures. Therefore, to train and develop all delegates to increase customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for sales operations, to push and apply changes for success business. Be able to understand and analyze the goals in order to adjust budget, production costs, labor costs and other expenses.

- Be able to communicate the assignment to ensure that all employees have a clear understanding of their goals and are in the same objectives and business direction.

- Set up plan of store management in order that the expenses are in the budget or as planned.

- Inspect the stores in the area of the efficiency of the stores and evaluate the success of each target.

- Responsible for all administrative operations within the company
