Do you enjoy web development, programming, and e-commerce? This is a great opportunity work within the company’s dynamic marketing team. The role involves ensuring that all the hotel’s websites are operating normally, in both desktop and mobile versions, as well as adding new functions and pages according to the management’s specifications. The webmaster will also need to contribute ideas to generate more traffic to the website and improve conversions. Interested applicants must be willing to relocate and work in the office based in Pattaya, Thailand. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Scope of Work:
Monitor the company website and assure that it stays online, functions without flaw, and provides users with a rich online experience in both the desktop and mobile versions.
Maintain an inventory of advertisements and manage the ad server software.
Maintain responsive design for all devices.
Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website (both front-end and back-end).
Review statistics and monitor analytics.
Monitor and analyze the site performance.
Plan for future changes to the website.
Make sure the websites are user friendly and attractive
Contribute marketing ideas to increase ROI
Manage online campaigns, content and ensure that all information is up to date
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments for new content and when handling issues that may arise
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 3.0 GPA
Knowledge with Microsoft Windows systems, PC, Apple device and iMac including software MS Office Active Directory and MS Exchange system
Knowledge and experience with proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro or any photo/video editing software is a plus
Knowledge in digital marketing and SEO is a plus
Qualifications:
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and technical skills
Eager to learn new technologies
Be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Enjoy working in a team
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Fast learner and have good attention to detail
Understand international web standards and protocols
Passion for e-commerce, customer happiness, superior service, standards, and product
