International Business Sales Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Monitoring the sales target of organization through effective planning and budget - Design and implement all export strategies and activities - Keep existing market and New Market development - Supervise sales staff and ensure compliance to all export objectives - Planning and organizing participation in all trade shows and ensures all activities with customer - Evaluate all reports submitted by sale staff provide training for all sales staff - Maintain and grow relationships with all clients

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree or above in any field (packaging industry will be advantage) - 10 or more years of experience in international business (packaging industry and international modern trade will be advantage) - Experience in global market (US,EU,Asia,Africa,Oceania) - Good command in English both writing and speaking TOEIC 700 up would be advantage - Self-motivate/independence,good problem solving and strong in negotiation skill and presentation - Able to work under pressure and flexible hours - Able to travel aboard
