หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide comprehensive administrative support and report to Managing Director and Director. • Prepare all supported documents for Managing Director, Directors and Lawyers of the company. • Ensure effective coordination for internal and external meeting and effective preparing for all administration works such as mailing, e-mail correspondence, meeting arrangement and filing system. • Complete correspondence and administrative tasks calendar of appointments, arranging travel plans and itineraries, agenda and travel-related documents. • Perform a variety of secretarial, administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive. • Maintain good relations and communicates with client of the company and other parties to uphold the responsible area and company image.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai Female, age 22 - 30 years old. • Bachelor’s Degree • Good in English communication both writing and speaking. • Excellent computer literacy: Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
