Thai nationality, age 35 years old up Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (experience in Flexible Packaging or related industry is required). Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Analytical, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure Good command of English (written and spoken). Have own car and driving license Computer literacy in MS office
