หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Administer, maintain records and run report of employees’ benefits and information in HRIS systems • Verify the time attendance (finger scan text file) with overtime data and leave record to see if there is any absent and enable the monthly additional allowance • Input the data of the payroll function, new starters, leavers, including changes of income and deduction and other benefits. Ensure that all relevant payroll data is entered into the payroll log and HRIS Systems. • Handling compensation tasks and reports related to HR and payroll • Test and feedback any results of error from HRIS systems • Others as per assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in a related field to HR or Business administration • Experience 1 year+ of HR work experience especially in Com& Ben and HRIS • Ability to work under pressure and multitasks • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems • Very good in Excel and familiar with HRIS (myHR systems is advantage) • Good in English - speaking/writing
