หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities:

• Sales support function, provide Sales contract, handle Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)
• Answering customer calls, record and update into CRM, updating client’s data.
• Responsible for marketing support e.g. translating brochure, website, print brochures/poster,etc.
• Coordinating with freight forwarders / shipping companies to arrange and confirm space booking for shipments.
• Arrange all domestic and overseas travelling such as flight ticket, hotel reservation and transportation, business trip.
• Coordinate with the landlord, property owners, legal representatives and building managements on lease agreements.
• Manage company mobile phone, vehicles, land-line phone and manage any related expenses.
• Manage and negotiate with the suppliers for reasonable cost & payment term
• Manage office stationary, storage and filing systems and tracking inventory.
• Find suppliers & purchase for installation tools e.g. consumable part e.g. drill bits, rivets,…etc. & new required tools e.g. scaffolding, screw driver,..etc.
• Coordinating for renovations, repairing and etc when it’s needed.
• Others as assigned by Country Manager

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 3ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Female age between 25-35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Have own transport and driver’s license is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and good connections with people, both internal and external parties.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Well-organized and proactive.
