Responsible

Overall duties and responsibilities of the role:
The role will be handling the whole finance and accounting operations for the Local office.
He/she will work very closely with the finance team in Hongkong to ensure that all finance-related initiatives and plans are met as agreed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily financial accounting functions (Including journal entries, account reconciliations, tax computation and month end closing)
• Provide timely, consistent and accurate monthly financial reports, cashflow forecast, costs vs budget and forecast for local company and reports to Sweden
• Responsible for local statutory reporting, and tax reporting, including corporate tax, withholding tax and tax filing
• Ensure accounting policies and procedures comply with legal and Cibes Lifts Group guidelines/policies, including compliance
• Responsible for month-end and year-end process, including business permit and local license renewal
• Be responsible for contacting to the local auditor and appropriate authority
• Other assignments which will be assigned by Country Manager / Top Management

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree holder of accounting or relevant discipline
• Candidate possessing Professional License will be a plus (Passed Board, Bar, Professional License Exam) in Accountancy, Finance, Banking or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in well-rounded accounting duties from international environment
• Hands on accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience
• Driven and efficient individual with a focused way of working
• Self-motivated; independent; responsible; diligent; able to meet required deadline
• Able to take initiative and identify overall best solutions always
• Advantageous: Proficiency in of ERP systems(NAV) including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and used to interact with non-finance stakeholders
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
• Good analytical and interpersonal skill, detail-minded and able to meet tight deadline
