หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Deliver robot operation and maintenance training based on customer-used robot models, both on-site and at Yaskawa training facilities, locally and internationally
• Conduct application-based robotic training, including but not limited to arc welding, spot welding, material handling, painting, and other industrial applications
• Provide robot simulation and offline programming training using tools such as MotoSim
• Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials, instructional media, manuals, and handouts
• Develop new training courses in alignment with customer needs, technology updates, and company standards
• Assess trainee performance, issue training certificates, and maintain accurate training records
• Prepare post-training reports, collect participant feedback, and implement improvements to training programs
• Support educational initiatives, company events, customer demonstrations, and exhibitions as required
• Maintain training equipment, robot training cells, and related systems to ensure readiness and safety for all training sessions

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in robotics or industrial automation systems
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or technical instruction is preferred
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid foundational knowledge of electrical systems, including I/O wiring and sensors
• Basic understanding of programming logic, such as conditions, loops, and variables
• Proficiency in English communication (spoken and written)
• Strong training delivery and teaching skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Experience with C, C#, Python, or PLC programming is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP) is a plus
