• Design and implement PEGA application configurations to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Configure and support PEGA applications, including release management and system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Estimate development effort, timelines, and resources for application development.
• Support application integration with other systems through APIs and related technologies.
• Contribute to testing activities, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document technical solutions and share best practices with team members.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve application performance and reliability.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with PEGA applications.
• Hands-on experience in PEGA application development, configuration, and support.
• Strong expertise in development effort estimation.
• Knowledge of PEGA application integration and API technologies.
• Understanding of PEGA testing, software platforms, and application performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and handle complex technical challenges.
