Network Operation

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and oversee Internet, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and SD-WAN services.
• Manage incidents, problems, root cause analysis (RCA) and network changes based on ITIL practices.
• Monitor SLA, service performance and vendor deliverables.
• Oversee network security operations including Firewall, VPN, SASE/SSE and Zero Trust.
• Review Network Architecture, Data Center (DC), Disaster Recovery (DR), VoIP and SBC.
• Prepare biweekly network operations reports and monthly summary reports.
• Support network security compliance, audits and continual service improvement.
• Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to ensure network stability and availability.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Network Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of Internet, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Firewall, VPN, and Network Security.
• Experience in SLA Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Vendor Governance.
• Understanding of Network Architecture, Data Center, Disaster Recovery, VoIP, and SBC.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, NIST, and PDPA is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Willing to work on-site and provide support for critical incidents outside normal working hours when required.
• Must hold at least one of the following certifications:
• Cisco: CCNP / CCIE
• Huawei: HCIP / HCIE
• HPE Aruba: ACSP / ACMP / ACDX / ACMX
• Good In English
