หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

The Assistant Engineering Manager is responsible for assisting Engineering Manager on day-to-day activities, monitoring the overall efficiency of the entire Serviced Apartment in the implementation for procedure for services, such as maintenance of the property operations, the M & E operations etc.
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกวิศวกรรมมีหน้าที่ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการฝ่ายวิศวกรรมในการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน รับผิดชอบการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการให้บริการของโรงแรมทั้งหมด เช่นการบำรุงรักษาการดำเนินงานของโรงแรม การดำเนินงานซ่อมบำรุงและวิศวกรรม เป็นต้น

The Assistant Engineering Manager is also responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation, maintenance and repair of all technical problems within the Service Apartment and assisting of the Technicians to carry out the difficult assignments in assigned shift.

1. Oversees the operation of all relevant technical systems and regular inspection of plants & other technical operation.
กำกับดูแลระบบเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดและการตรวจสอบอาคารและการดำเนินงานด้านเทคนิคอื่นๆอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
2. Ensures that the preventive maintenance programme is implemented according to schedule.
ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าโปรแกรมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
3. Recommends any adjustment/modification regarding the system to achieve improvement.

4. Works out a systematic maintenance plan.

5. To be responsible for the administration and management of M & E services and property management.

6. Provides support for advertising & promotion events.

7. Oversees the implementation of energy audit and utility conservation measures.

8. Supervises team of technicians in specialized areas.

9. Initiates and plans major repairs and modification works and other programmes to improve performance of common services.
ริเริ่มและวางแผนการซ่อมแซมที่สำคัญและปรับเปลี่ยนการดำเนินงานและแผนงานอื่นๆเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการ
10. To liaise with local statutory governmental organization with matters pertaining to, including but not limited to, the use of utilities such as water, gas and electricity, licensing, inspection, testing to satisfy Statutory Requirements of all engineering systems.
ประสานงานกับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นเรื่องการใช้สาธารณูปโภค เช่น น้ำ ก๊าซและไฟฟ้า การออกใบอนุญาต การตรวจสอบ และการทดสอบเพื่อให้ระบบวิศวกรรมทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
11. Ensures all term contractors works meet the scope, terms and conditions as specified and agreed in the maintenance/works contracts.

12. To be responsible that all engineering staff is equipped with reaction procedures to emergency situations, especially power failure: lift malfunction, flood and typhoon.

13. Ensure efficient installation, maintenance and overhauls.

19. Makes recommendation for any adjustment / modification regarding to the system improvement as necessary.

- At least 5 years relevant work experience, at least 3 years in the hospitality industry in a supervisory position.
