หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1.the lyf Champion oversees overall operations of the property including the matters related to finance, sales & revenue, marketing, human resource, administration etc.
2.Be responsible for planning, controlling and coordination of all functional events as requested by the Management
3.Manage lyf guards and other operational functions in providing excellent service standards and building the community for residents
4.Ensure smooth operation and efficiency of operational departments with regular inspections
5.Handle correspondences relating to residents, be it event notices or replying their enquiries
6.Disseminate information and obtain feedback from residents
7.Perform all duties as outlined in the operational policy and procedures, report or recommend any outstanding issues
8.Preparation of required management reports
9.Review and update of operational procedures
10.Ensure that the local legal, labour, health and building requirements/regulations are met and maintained
11.Manage execution of the Sales & Marketing plan of the property
12.Develop and establish new programs, service standards and control procedures in response to operational needs
13.Organise operations meetings
14.Perform all other assignments as directed by the Management.
15.Takes overall responsibility for financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives.
