General Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible to plan, organize and direct overall processes and operations across in organization program to manage of finance and accounting, operations, sales, marketing, human resources, research and development. • Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization • Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business • Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports • Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit • Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives • Ensure overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers • Engage in key or targeted customer activities • Oversee key hiring and talent development programs • Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent • Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees • Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning • Understand BU’s business direction and manage stakeholders’ expectation and educate them through intelligence information support • Maintains an understanding of customer and employee • Plan, organize and direct overall processes and operations across in organization program • Focus on top and bottom line to ensure the organization gain profit • Foresee trend as well as the business opportunities and lead organization • Change team mind-set to be more open and embrace challenge

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance and Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Related field • 10-15 years directed experiences in GM or other related position. • Have the ability to influence and enthuse others through personal advocacy, vision and drive, and to access resources to build a solid platform for change
