Forth Corporation Public Company Limited was established in 1989 under the name of "Genius Communication System Company Limited". The company purposed to research, develop, and manufacture Private Branch Exchange (PBX) under the trademark of FORTH, Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), and electronic equipments manufacturing. Then the company made capital rising and expanded business lines such as telecommunication system manufacturing and many electronics relates . In 2005, the company registered and transformed to be public company under the name of "Forth Corporation Public Company Limited" (FORTH) with registered capital amounting 480 million Baht ( $16 million)
