• 1. Female or male with age 25 and above 2. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 3. Have strong team management ability, leadership and resource integration ability 4. Have strong decision-making ability, organizational ability, coordination ability and problem-solving ability. 5. Have keen insight into the development trend of the industry, analytical judgment and innovation ability. 6. Have the successful experience of independently leading a business team with more than ten people. 7. Chinese is a plus.
