Everest is the highest peak in the world. Scaling the summit is a lifelong dream for many climbers that inspires intense preparation and represents the greatest achievement a climber can make.

Everest is our inspiration as the highest goal that we can set for ourselves in pursuing our vision in delivering projects with success. It serve as a reminder for us to maintain our “peak performance” in order to reach the summit.

Our firm is privately owned and lead by hands-on Partners, who all previously operated global consultancy firm. Our partners have and enjoy successful history in Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos, dating more than 30 years.

With our collective knowledge and experience in delivering projects with local approach, we work hand in hand with clients to reach the project summit.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Assisting Project Manager any activities as required to control and monitor site progress on site, quality assurance and quality control.
2. Cooperate and communicate effectively with owner representative and other project participants e.g., designers, contractors and suppliers to provide technical advice for any discrepancy between drawings, specification and construction on site
3. Review materials, shop, and combined drawings in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
4. Support testing and commissioning of completed works before they are covered by the contractors.
5. Coordinate with quantity surveyor to identify variation order works, value of work done on site for payment to contractors and suppliers.
6. Site monitoring for ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with.
7. Coordinate with building management team as necessary.
8. Compile and prepare project status reports by analyzing, summarizing information for daily, weekly and monthly activities.
9. Compile and prepare project closeout report including punch list, all document with sign offs from respective parties, lessons learnt from all parties for handing over.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, architectural or related field.
2. Experience (Yr.): More than 3
3. Computer skill: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Teams or Zoom and Microsoft Project.
4. Multitask working and able to work under pressure, flexible working hours.
5. English will be an added advantage.
6. Shopping mall renovation works experiences will be an added advantage.
7. Willing to travel upcountry will be added advantage.
