หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Design and update job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels. (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates both Thai and English. (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Coordinate HR projects. (meetings, surveys, etc)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

-Degree in Human Resources or related field.
-Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position At least 2-years.
-Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25 - 35 years old.
-Fast computer typing skills. (MS Office, in particular)
-Hands-on experience with an HRMS.
-Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases.
-Basic knowledge of labor laws.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Strong communications skills both in English and Thai.
