Senior Financial Analysis Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for leading the budget and forecast process coordination for the business unit. This involves coordinating with all direct reports about the process and timing for completing the DOTA budget and forecast within required deadlines and targets. Partner with global support accounting and finance teams • Reviews and compares monthly financial statements to budget and provides insightful analysis of variances • Research, plan, and assist in the execution of corporate development initiatives including M&A opportunities. • Prepare and assist in presentment of financial performance reporting packages including preparation of investor, lender, and board materials, and analysis of key growth drivers and trends impacting the business. • Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships across business constituencies and stakeholders. Help the company understand how the pieces fit together to drive performance and strengthen the team’s partnership and influencing skills in pursuit of growth • Develops financial models to support decisions around investment opportunities • Partner with the business leaders to highlight opportunities for profitability improvements in various areas of the business.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required. MBA preferred. CPA is a plus 7-10 years’ minimum work experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy or investment banking Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, “startup” environment while fostering an operational excellence and continuous improvement ethos Strong analysis skills and strong business acumen Comfortable sourcing and assimilating data from various sources to provide comprehensive, multi-perspective analytical approach to the business needs Able to optimize processes and create predictive insights from data
