หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•  Responsible for buying the best quality equipment, goods and services, at the most competitive prices, to enable the company to operate.
•  Overseeing supply chain management and procurement through effective negotiation, networking and dealing with numbers, helping the company save money and increase profits.
•  Also deal with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues.
•  Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
•  Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
•  Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
•  Perform cost and scenario analysis, benchmarking and control purchasing department budgets.
•  Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
•  Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
•  Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
•  Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
•  Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
•  Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
•  Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
•  Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
•  Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
•  Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
•  Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
•  Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids and prepare bid awards requiring board approval.
•  Any assignments assigned by the superiors.
