หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Ensure all ocean Import jobs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Manages and coordinates customs clearance activities in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Ensuring on-going plans are in effect with key suppliers to improve performance across Quality, Cost,
- Logistics, Development and Management (QCLDM)
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
- Assuring excellent supplier performance and continuous improvement as well as developing suppliers in
- Accordance with the aligned strategies
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
- Work with team to create personnel development plans
- Develop mid-term team strategic improvement projects and execute short-term tactical plans
- Maintain and develop performance measurements to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborates with Managers and vendors to optimize strategic sourcing efforts, Total Cost of Ownership
- (TCO) analysis and develop specific negotiation and pricing strategies for new and existing vendors.
- Drive overall savings goal for purchasing category.
- Meets with suppliers and business partners to review project performance, procure to pay (P2P)
- Opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor scheduled deliveries and communicate any changes to internal and external customers in a timely manner
- Define inventory policy for each item and ensure all parties implemented the policy properly
- Negotiating skills: must have confidence and the ability to be persuasive and assertive
- Manage all related projects to ensure the deadline, and to meet business requirement
- Assist staffs to resolve complex issues.
- Support the supply chain team and management for some development strategic issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

-Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or related fields.
-At least 3-5 years direct experience in Supply Chain & Purchasing.
-Requires in-depth knowledge of oversea purchasing
-Strong Analytical and Communication skills Experience
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple products/projects and meet timelines
-Good command of English and computer literacy
-Positive attitude and reasonable person.
-Enthusiastic to learn the new things with endeavor.
