หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Own full cycle from recruiting to reporting for assigned positions including planning & sourcing influencers, briefing & communicating 2.Responsible for the operation of all aspects of the live stream business, including content operation, user operation, event content planning and overall execution 3.Manage the collaboration between live studios, KOL,VJ and supply chains, and coordinate cross-department 4. Deliver excellent customer service 5.Through data analysis, analyze problems in a timely manner, and propose effective solutions in a targeted manner; optimize various tasks to effectively improve live stream conversion and goal achievement;

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor’s degrees or above, with 1 year or more experience in Influencer operation in the education industry is preferred; 2.Ability to build relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners 3.Good in Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) 4.Strong listening, written and oral communication skills 5.Ability to multi-task effectively and work on own initiative in an extremely busy environment where constant reprioritization is required Other : • Good contractual and negotiation skills • Good interpersonal skill • Good project management skill • Good attitude, Customer mind
