Working hours : 09:00 - 18:00

Other work : Days: Monday – Saturday Time: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM Days Off: Every Sunday, Public Holidays, and the first Saturday of every month.

Responsible

• Manage and build relationships with investors or entrepreneurs, handling the entire process from welcoming and interviewing to screening candidates. Aim to close sales or sign contracts with the highest potential partners.
• Manage the contract process, verify the accuracy of documents, and coordinate with the Legal team or HQ to ensure the process is smooth and compliant with regulations.
• Conduct on-site surveys and visit branches to analyze location potential together with investors. Coordinate with the store opening team to ensure new branches are delivered according to targets.
• Act as a key voice in gathering feedback from partners to analyze and develop strategic plans in collaboration with the management team.

More qualification

• 23 – 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
• 0+ years (New graduates with a passion for sales and negotiation are welcome).
• xcellent command of Chinese. Must be able to use Chinese for actual work and coordinate fluently with Chinese management.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a service-minded attitude. Capable of solving immediate problems effectively.
• Good personality, confident, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure or challenging targets.
• Experience as a Sales Coordinator, Account Executive (AE), or in the Franchise business will be given special consideration.
