หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and lead a team of 6–7 members.
• Oversee the store’s sales target and ensure performance meets set goals.
• Supervise overall store operations including sales, customer service, and team coaching.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve KPIs.
• Manage in-store inventory effectively.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department and other branches for stock replenishment and transfers.
• Oversee sales transactions, product exchanges, and refunds to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure store image and visual presentation meet company standards.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Male or Female, aged not over 40 years.
• Good communication skills in English (Chinese or Russian language skills will be a strong advantage).
• 4–6 years of experience in the retail industry with proven managerial and leadership skills.
• Ability to work 6 days per week according to the monthly shift schedule.
• Experienced in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Background in fashion or sports retail, especially with international companies, is preferred.
