QS Assistant Manager 60K (Khao Yai)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare quantity take-offs from construction drawings and develop BOQs.
• Obtain, compare, and coordinate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and review Variation Orders (VOs) according to contract requirements.
• Support project cost planning, budgeting, estimation, and cost control.
• Monitor project costs and support effective cost management throughout the project.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Age 33 years old or above.
• Experience at Assistant Manager level or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
• Strong experience in BOQ, Cost Estimation, Cost Control, and Variation Orders (VOs).
• Good command of English, especially for communication and meetings with international clients.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to relocate and work full-time at the project site in Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima.
