Responsible

- Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience of watches.
- Maintain high energy on sales floor and provide exceptional service to all clients according to company's standards.
- Proactive in sales by identifying every selling opportunity through demonstrating professional sales techniques.
- Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty.
- Client telling - manage relationships with very important customer and building potential client database
- Handle client's enquiries and provide after sales service.
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge.

More qualification

- At least 3-5 years of watch experience or retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury is preferred.
- Have experience to serve - build - engage VIP clients is advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations skills.
- Client centric, proactive and positive in approach.
- Good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in the retail and fashion industry.
- Proficient in Thai and English (If able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage)
