หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Building and deploy Infrastructure Design.
• Floor space, electricity, cooling, battery backups.
• Analyst and Evaluate software and firmware Patch management.
• Develop and maintain all relevant documents.
• Configure, Upgrade and optimize network equipment and software component.
• Manage network security (such as anti-virus, firewall, and intrusion detection systems)
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Services must be delivered under the SIS model, using vendor’s personnel.
• Resources may work onsite or remotely, depending on operational needs.
• Vendor personnel must be certified and experienced in IT Infrastructure operations.
• Compliance documentation aligned with ITSM/TISAX standards.
• Monthly operational reports (system health, incident logs, SLA performance)
• Backup and DR test results and documentation.
• Preventive maintenance schedules and execution records.
• Configuration records.
• Incident and change management logs.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in Network Engineering or IT Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, VPN, and Wireless
• Hands-on experience with network equipment (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent)
• Experience in configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting network devices and systems
• Knowledge of network security concepts such as Firewall, IDS/IPS, Anti-virus, and access control
• Familiar with patch management processes for software and firmware
• Experience in monitoring tools and performance tuning for network systems
• Understanding of IT infrastructure design, including power, cooling, and data center environments
• Experience in backup operations and disaster recovery (DR) processes
• Familiar with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Knowledge or experience with compliance standards such as TISAX or ISO 27001 is an advantage
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
• Able to work onsite or remotely as required
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent will be an advantage
