HR Assistant Manager

Work pattern : Full Time

Number of receptions : 2 position

Location : Samut Prakarn(Mueang Samut Prakan)

Industrial Estate : Bangpoo Industrial Estate (North)

Salary (Baht) : Negotiable

Holiday : Sunday

Working hours : 08:00 - 17:00

Other work : Working days: Mon–Fri, alternate Saturdays

Responsible

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, social security (SSO), and withholding tax (PND.1).
  • Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training and development programs.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with the Thai Labor Protection Act.
  • Prepare and analyze HR-related reports (e.g., turnover rates, attendance).

More qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
  • Experience with Payroll systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and communicative level in English.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is highly preferred.
