Industrial Estate : Bangpoo Industrial Estate (North)

Salary (Baht) : Negotiable

Holiday : Sunday

Working hours : 08:00 - 17:00

Other work : Working days: Mon–Fri, alternate Saturdays

Responsible

Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, social security (SSO), and withholding tax (PND.1).
Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Assist in planning and coordinating training and development programs.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with the Thai Labor Protection Act.
Prepare and analyze HR-related reports (e.g., turnover rates, attendance).

More qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
Experience with Payroll systems.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Thai and communicative level in English.
Ability to communicate in Chinese is highly preferred.
