Location : Samut Prakarn(Mueang Samut Prakan)

Industrial Estate : Bangpoo Industrial Estate (North)

Salary (Baht) : Negotiable

Holiday : Sunday

Working hours : 08:00 - 17:00

Other work : Working days: Mon–Fri, alternate Saturdays

Responsible

Manage and supervise the QC team, including inspectors and technicians, to ensure daily tasks are completed effectively.
Oversee all quality inspection activities for incoming raw materials (IQC), in-process production (PQC), and final products (FQC).
Lead investigations into quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAR/PAR).
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Prepare for and participate in internal and external quality audits.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality problems and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to management.

More qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related scientific field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and internal/external audit procedures.
Proficiency in using quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, 7 QC Tools, FMEA).
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in both Thai and English.
