หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Agreeing project objectives with business units
- Coordinate with and follow up with stakeholders regarding project issues
- Perform the determination of investment requirements, cost-savings, and benefits resulting from improvements or changes
- Managed project within agreed budget and timeframe
- Gathering requirements, Analyzing, assessing, and prioritizing critical findings to improve business operations
- Update project progress on a regular basis, including any critical issues to related stakeholder
- Prepare & Responsible for Test scripts, Tester & QA, UAT, Monitoring, and Assessment after the Project Go-Live
- Finalize Requirement documents for sign-off
- Prepare process workflow and established work procedures

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, and any related fields
- Min. 3-5 years of experience BA/Tester
- Knowledge and experience in Kaizen, BPI, Lean, and Six Sigma are preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated skill in influence, conflict resolution, and negotiation
- Excellent in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good Command of English
- Must have knowledge of coding, need to get Requests, and have manual test skills.
