Clinic Operations Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead a Seamless Clinic experience and Support our team in delivering exceptional, patient-focused care.
• Oversee and manage all Clinic operations, both Front & Back of-house and back-of-house to ensure smooth and efficient daily workflow.
• Coordinate doctors, nurses and front-desk teams; manage staff schedules and training.
• Maintain service standards, resolve patient concerns and protect confidentiality.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, expenses and operational performance.
• Improve workflows and SOPs; coordinate with the Medical Director on quality and growth.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in Clinic, Healthcare or Wellness operations and team supervision.
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Thai and English communication.
• Confident with scheduling systems, spreadsheets and operational reporting.
• Professional, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
