• Position: Event Sales Executive Location: Branch Production Co., Ltd. Bangkok, Thailand Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients • Present and promote event production solutions, including lighting, sound systems, LED screens, staging, rigging, and other event-related services • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients • Follow up with clients, negotiate terms, and close sales opportunities • Coordinate with Project and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution • Attend client meetings, site surveys, and support event planning activities • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle • Prepare sales reports, project updates, and client-related documentation • Ensure client satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and success Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in any field • Experience in Event, Production, Organizer, Exhibition, Marketing, or Rental business is an advantage • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to prepare professional presentations and confidently present to clients • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Good command of English, both spoken and written • Chinese language proficiency will be considered a strong advantage • Positive attitude, service-minded personality, and excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure • Flexible to work on-site and outside regular working hours when required by event schedules • Own transportation is preferred Why Join Us? • Opportunity to work on corporate, conference, exhibition, and large-scale event projects • Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing event production company • Attractive salary, commission, and performance incentives • Professional, dynamic, and collaborative working environment If you are passionate about the event industry and enjoy building relationships, we would love to hear from you. Please send your Resume and Portfolio to: [email protected] BRANCH PRODUCTION MAKE EVERY SCENE A MASTERPIECE หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ • ค้นหาและพัฒนาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้าของบริษัท • ดูแลและสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันอย่างต่อเนื่อง • นำเสนอและให้คำปรึกษาด้านบริการเช่าอุปกรณ์อีเวนต์และงานโปรดักชัน เช่น ระบบแสง สี เสียง LED Screen เวที และโซลูชันด้าน Event Production • จัดทำใบเสนอราคา Proposal และ Presentation เพื่อนำเสนองานแก่ลูกค้า • ติดตามลูกค้า เจรจาต่อรอง และปิดการขายให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมาย • ประสานงานกับทีม Project และทีม Operation เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ • เข้าร่วมประชุมกับลูกค้า สำรวจสถานที่จัดงาน (Site Survey) และสนับสนุนการวางแผนงานอีเวนต์ • ติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการ และช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าระหว่างการดำเนินงาน • จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขาย ความคืบหน้าโครงการ และข้อมูลลูกค้า • ดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า และสร้างโอกาสในการขายงานต่อเนื่อง • บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านยอดขาย และมีส่วนร่วมในการผลักดันการเติบโตของบริษัท คุณสมบัติ • วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้ • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Event, Production, Organizer, Exhibition, Marketing หรือธุรกิจให้เช่าอุปกรณ์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี • สามารถจัดทำ Presentation และนำเสนองานต่อหน้าลูกค้าได้ • สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับใช้งาน • หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • มีใจรักงานบริการ บุคลิกภาพดี และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก • สามารถบริหารจัดการหลายโครงการพร้อมกัน และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ • สามารถทำงานนอกสถานที่ และมีความยืดหยุ่นด้านเวลาตามลักษณะงานอีเวนต์ • มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและสามารถเดินทางได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
