หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze marketing performance across the full customer journey, from acquisition and engagement through conversion and retention.
• Monitor and evaluate key business metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion, revenue, retention, and churn.
• Analyze user behavior and customer segments to identify growth opportunities and retention risks.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support business decision-making.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, audience targeting, and customer engagement.
• Support campaign measurement, A/B testing, and performance evaluation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into meaningful business actions.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance data analysis, insight generation, and reporting efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data manipulation.
• Good communication skills in Thai and working-level English.
• Strong interest in consumer behavior, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
