หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Listed company in Singapore -Investment holding company -Work location: Lumlukka Criteria - More than 5 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing field -Experience with at least 2-3 years of work experience in listed company -Familiarity with relevant accounting standards including SFRS/ IFRS, internal control framework -Proficiency in English -Knowledge of real estate industry (preferable) -CPA qualification or relavant qualification (preferable) -English qualification (preferable) Responsibilities: -Monitor interested persons transaction and establish controls in relation to IPTs and potential conflict of interest. -Manage Group accounting function, performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting, investment plan, financial planning, cost planning, fund raising, etc. -Establish and improve the organisation internal control system, data management system, and financial management policy. -Responsible for the verification, assessment and monitoring of company’s financial performance. -Responsible for long-term financial planning and monitoring of the results. -Supervise the budgeting process, closely monitor the preparation of financial statements, and disclose results announcement, annual report, and other announcements on timely manner. -Responsible for overall cash management. Regularly monitoring the cash and bank balances. -Responsible for the financial feasibility studies on new projects and analyse results of the investment. -Responsible for asset transfer, merger and acquisition matters. -Responsible for appointment financial team personnel. -Responsible as main contact with all professionals for listing exercise. -Establish and maintain relationships with investors, SGX, MAS. Responsible for preparation and review all company announcements.
