Consolidate individual’s questions/issues during the day to test lead
Coordinate with the developers to ensure that it is the bug and provide the developers with the enough information to reproduce and fix the bugs
Coordinate with the users if there is any unclear item that there is no conclusion between developer and tester
Understand the business requirement so as to design test scenario/test
