หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• MAIN DUTIES : หน้าที่งานหลัก • Direct responsible for driving sales New Car. • Drive salesforce/Volume as Sales Target, Sales New Car, Sales GKL , Online Sales and Trade-In Ratio Achievement. • Achieves sales targets consistently always • lead & coach a team New Car of achievement • Provides sales tools and operational processes to ensure the sales strategies are executed correctly. • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. • Monitor and manage teams effectively. • Provides weekly reporting and forecasting on time and accurately • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs. • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
