Corporate Strategy and Development

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Spearhead the development of the Bank’s mid-to-long term business strategy, in collaboration with the local internal stakeholders (e.g. CEO, Finance, Business Units, and Support Units), as well as relevant CIMB Group stakeholders.
• Anchor and lead annual Bank-wide business planning, development of key strategic projects / initiatives, as well as performance scorecard design and tracking.
• Work with senior management and business unit leads to develop and execute critical corporate strategies and initiatives – identify opportunities to meet these goals, including (but not limited to) market entry strategies, business prioritization and assessment of strategic investments and partnerships.
• Support the Bank’s senior management in the preparation of strategy off-sites and leadership conferences.
• Partner with Business and Finance teams to provide periodic updates on business performance and strategy.

• Good communication both in Thai and English
