หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Main Responsibility:

Operations Excellence
• Be able to manage and deal with marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Central online, and JD Central with plan to develop the product categorization, online visual merchandising, and promotional set up, pricing and sort order rules.
• Monitors stock performance and stock movement to be used as an input into merchandise and promotion plans.
Sales Excellence
• Work with marketplace teams for booking and purchasing advertisement banners to promote sales activity and visibility of our products. Carry out planned sale strategies that aligned with internal Buyers and Marketing teams. Apply strong communication and negotiation tactics to get exclusive slots and/or deals from eCommerce platforms and renew existing deals.
• Generate sales performance reports includes daily tracking report. In addition, the person will perform analysis for sales forecast by weekly and monthly basis.
• Master the utilization marketplaces while having the ability to shuffle among them without any difficulties. Moreover, you should perform a regular check-up to identify errors, defects, and omissions also evaluate platforms’ performance. Significantly, you will take prompt actions to correct such problems and/or notify platforms Customer Service teams or associated persons.
Team Work
• Work closely with Marketing team to establish sales strategies, assortments, and updates, for example.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service team for confirming orders, cancellation, and refundable requirements.
• Support brands to resolve customers’ problems regards the delivery of products from online and offline channels which interrelate and affect sales performance in general.

• Details-oriented and ability to recall products information accurately.
• Responsible and form ownership over assigned tasks.
• Perform multitasking while handling with various products from multiple brands or eCommerce platforms.
• Ability to use persuasion and negotiation tactics appropriately in order to achieve desirable outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic to adjust practices according to changes while having a strong growth mindset.
• Proficient command of English in both verbal and written.
• Ability to tolerate stress and work under pressured environments.
