Investor Relations
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Follow up the trading of company….
• Manage the assigned investment projects, including preparing feasibility study, developing financial model and valuation report to support the management’s decision-making
• Provide analytical support on various finance-related issues to support special project assigned by management
• Prepare the total company’s portfolio short-term and long-term projections to support the company’s strategic direction
• Deal with investors/brokers/analysts and shardholders
• Communicating to management the opinions of the investment community regrading company performance and in the development of a corporate strategy
• Performing comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
• Preparing briefs for analysts roadshows and arranging conference calls and company visits
• Organizing conferences, road shows, conference calls and investor meetings
• Providing feedback to the management team regarding the impact of stock repurchase programs or dividend changes in the investment community
• Creating data reports and analysis relating to operations results of the company in order to present to analysts and investors, based on regulations of the Securities and Exchange
• Gathering and following up on the research of analysts or researchers, including the movement of company stock price
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stock exchange representatives
• Promote Knowledge and understanding about corporate governance principles, providing relevant information, as well as promoting and monitoring compliance among the Board of Directors
• Support CFO in overseeing and conference calls
• Support CFO to Manage equity research and investor relationships

Qualifications:
• Female, aged 25-40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English for coordination with the investors
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized and energetic
• Ability in management, planning, strategic thinking solving immediate problems risk management negotiation, coordination, analysis of financial statements creative
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Capacity to think strategically, logically and independently under stressful and demanding situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal of stakeholders and team members
• High responsible and be able to works independently and excel under pressure and limiter timeframes
