หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Serve as an integral member of the Thailand’s Marketing team to support and implement an accelerated digital offense to establish the brand’s Digital Ecosystem as the pinnacle destination for members to Join every day.
• Become a subject matter expert of the digital platform, providing deep knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize the channel to elevate the consumer brand experience and drive member engagement and retention.
• Support the SEA&I regional team in creation and management of the daily digital engagement plan featuring priority product and brand stories.
• In partner with the SEA&I regional team to support drive the number of base users and engagement of the brand’s Line Official Accounts and Applications through local TH execution.
• Execute Global/Geo Marketing playbooks and toolkits with channel guidelines, member-journey frameworks, digital marketing capability which are shared by the SEA&I regional team.
• Deliver and share TH local insights/inputs into city-led brand concepts and 365 seasonal campaigns, daily editorial content and production briefs to inform development and delivery of channel right content to match consumer intent and experience needs.
• Partner with cross-channel and Consumer Direct Stores Marketing teams in SEA&I to co-develop O2O marketing plans to enable connected journeys across the ecosystem.
• Assist local Marketing team for on-ground activities and execution.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• 24- 30 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1- 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Understanding of the digital landscape, user experience and our digital platforms.
• Experience working with marketing analytics, deriving actionable insights and applying learnings.
•Ability to drive a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration.
•Team player with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities.
• Fluent in English, especially written and speaking.
