หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Title: Sales & Reservation Support
Your role is to assist the foreign sales team for making a quotation on our system and compare the price to be
attractive for customer, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients. And to support Reservation Team with
Hotels or suppliers to complete the booking confirmation as Promptly. The ideal candidate should have an excellent
communication skill in English is *a must*, very focus person, attention to detail, and a passion for travel.
Responsibilities:
• Response to make the best quality and value quotation offer as match to customer inquiries from International Sale
Team to offer customer quick and make a great profit with great amount of time/promptly and can do as many
quotations as possible/days.
• Assist to the Reservation Team for follow up with hotel regarding booking confirmation, special rate, room
availabilities or other relevant.
• Make calls to check room availability, rates, stop sales, blackout, while collaborating with other team members to
ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
• Troubleshoot issues clients may encounter during their trips and provide timely solutions.
• Able to response multi-tasks or other works to assist other department in terms of need for urgent project achievement.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
we will provide training but *must have experiences of working in Travel Agency or relate to tourism or Experience Working in Hotels business before.
Excellent in communication skills, verbal and written in English is *must if not please do not send.
Positive with strong services-mind and fast learner
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in basic English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and working well under pressure
Passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
Prefer Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
