• Set the digital marketing strategy: which channels matter, what we should be known for, how we stand out in Bangkok's aesthetics market Help select and onboard specialists — you'll have a strong say in who joins, then own their direction and targets Own brand consistency across every channel. Ads, website, social, video — it all needs to feel like the same clinic Review performance data weekly. Make decisions based on what the numbers say, not what feels right Step in on content and brand work when needed — write copy, give creative direction, fix what's off Spot gaps in the market that competitors haven't claimed and build plans to own them Report to management in plain language: what's working, what's not, what you're changing Stay current on where digital is heading (AI search, platform changes, new formats) and adjust accordingly

• Experience managing a brand's presence across multiple channels, not just running one

• Strong in both Thai and English — you can brief a team, review copy, and present to leadership in either
• Good taste. Self-starter.
• Healthcare, beauty, or medical aesthetics experience is a strong plus
