หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Able to impress the customers and callers with your active initiative and willingness to solve customer problem.
-Assistant customers with inquires about their travel itinerary.
-Make a reservation for customer by system ,so you must be able to operate Galileo and World span.
-Check all invoices with our online booking system received on a daily basis, quickly and efficiently
-Work as a shift, Can work on holiday.
-Working 6 days per week , 8 hours per day

-Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Tourism or related field
-Strong command of English skills in writing, listening & speaking
-Computer literacy & ability to use Amadeus and Galileo are preferred
-For Ticket Reservation Supervisor, Minimum of 3 years experience in related fields
-For Ticket Reservation Officer, Experience in related field is advantage
-Good personality and leadership skill
-Ready to work in a shift & overtime
-Hard working
-Typing skill
-Sales skill
-Marketing Skill
