What you will do

- Monitor new construction projects and update market status as well as competitor movement to formulate marketing and sales plan to enhance competitive advantage over competitors

- Coordinate crossing internal functions, including with LIP and another cluster to effectively follow up and close deal of new projects.

- Visit customer to create good relationship and to collect market information and respond dealer accounts as well as end user customers to capture sales opportunities to achieve sales target

- Solve customer transaction processes problems and ensure our services offering meets customer requirement

- Forecast annual sale volume in responsible area for production planning and

What we need
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Management or related fields.
- 2 years+ in Marketing or Sales (in concrete business is a big plus!)
- Knowledge of Concrete Technology is preferred
- Have convincing skill, Communication skill, and Negotiation skill
- Analysis & Problem Solving & Manages Execution and influencing Action
