- Spec in our brand into Drawing specification
- Plan prioritize sales process and customer's requirement.
- Find project, initiate sales process since Owner, Architect, Main contract
- Create company product awareness to target.
- Manage relevant reporting for work process
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers
- Follow up related partner about project stage
- Develop strong relationship with partner
- Market research, competitor activities and analysis to manager
- Implement seminars and activities with Architect to align with company's strategy

- Good negotiation skill, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent in develop new client.
