หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Take full responsibility to develop and manage the nutritionists and quality-related activities in the assigned sites to ensure achievement with nutrition expertise, good operation practices, standard, policies, and procedures. Hence, to coach and develop all nutritionists in the assigned site in order to optimize customer satisfaction is a core objective.

Products and People
- Work with Product Development Specialists to understand and analyse the assigned site package in order to define the therapeutic menu. In addition, work with area manager to evaluate nutritionists team manpower plan of all assigned sites to ensure achievement of product and service quality.
- Communicate to all nutritionists and dietitians in the assigned sites. Make sure that all nutritionists and dietitians have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities including alignment with the business objective and direction.
- Set up monthly site visit plan to ensure expense is in the budget or as planned.
- Monitor and do quality audit and assess dietitians and nutritionist performance and measure the achievement of target.
- Solve problem and provide proper direction to the sites nutritionist and dietitian team in order to improve the quality and users’ satisfaction.
- Communicate, monitor, and follow up to ensure implementation effectiveness of the menu and the practice of nutritionist team as well as execution of new products and other quality related project.
- Review the monthly nutritionist team performance, analyse, and identify the improvement area. Set up the continuous quality improvement target where needed site manager to drive the plan to close gaps.
- Understand the users’ need and users’ profile in each assigned site.
- Assist in recruit and select qualified nutritionist team based on site needs.
- Ensure that all nutritionist team are well trained and passed all training processes that they can effectively perform work as per the Operational and Quality Standard.
- Set up development plan for subordinates as well as periodically, follow and evaluate the progress of their improvement and achievement.
- Coach, Consult and Develop of nutritionist in the achievement of company standards and make sure that they can applied knowledge and skill to achieve their performance.
- Admire and reward good performers, while give warning or make necessary action to bad employees as per company’s policy and regulation, as well as create a good working atmosphere in all sites.
Customer
- Monitor and maintain the highest level of quality related operational standard to ensure customer satisfaction and service KPI
- Handle customer nutrition and food quality complaints and ensure issues or problems have been completely solved.
- Set up nutritionists and dietitians relationship network in the area to build up the working attitude toward company core value.
