หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop baseline Master Construction Programme (P6 / MS Project)
• Define WBS, activity logic, sequencing, and durations
• Align schedule with construction strategy & site conditions
• Prepare and submit contract baseline programme
• Develop resource-loaded & cost-loaded schedules
• Integrate procurement & long-lead items into schedule
• Establish project controls & reporting procedures
• Update and maintain schedule based on actual progress
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (3-week / 6-week)
• Monitor progress vs baseline & analyse delays / critical path
• Prepare reports (S-curve, histogram, milestones)
• Perform EVA, SPI, CPI analysis
• Develop recovery / acceleration plans
• Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) & manage changes / EOT
• Review contractor programmes & manage closeout / as-built schedule

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling or planning on building, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing schedules across the full project life-cycle (pre-construction through closeout).
• Experience reviewing and assessing contractor-submitted programmes and supporting EOT claims is preferred.
• Background on large-scale commercial, industrial, mixed-use, or data centre projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project are essential, able to build, resource-load, and update complex schedules independently.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, Critical Path Method (CPM), and schedule logic.
• Earned Value Management (EVM), able to calculate and interpret SPI, CPI, and forecast completion metrics.
• Competent in producing S-curves, histograms, and dashboard-style progress reports.
• Working knowledge of delay analysis methodologies (Time Impact Analysis, Windows Analysis) is preferred.
• Familiarity with contract conditions, FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent, particularly time-related provisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic BIM / 4D scheduling awareness is an advantage.
• Proficient English communication skills, able to write schedule reports and present to international clients.
