IT Specialist, Human Resource (Gosoft)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provide technical improvement, enhancement and mentoring for Enterprise Software Packages - Work very closely with the entire business and require a deep understanding of technology, business, and functional alignment processes - Design, leverage, enhance, develop and support enterprise software packages to meet business requirement - Provide overall day to day function of software development professionals - Research the effects of technology on a business environment and where appropriate identify and recommend business solution for the delivery of best in class technologies suitable for customer application -Drive product vision and feature definitions by gathering feedback from end-users - Analyze business systems and processes and work with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities and re-engineer or automate to increase efficiency and productivity - Create a high performance and collaborative team environment - Provide support for all staff in keeping with the Company Values - Analyzing business processes and comparing there to system setup from both a business and IT - Maintain a close working relationship with Business Unit Management teams to ensure the IT project pipeline is managed in an orderly coherent manner and that project timelines and priorities are well under stood - Interact regularly with technology leads across Architecture, Infrastructure, Support, Project Management and Business Relationship Management to ensure the successful implementation and support of project efforts and the aim of meeting current and future user needs - Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities - Accountable for the on time and to quality delivery of software development projects - Provide technical direction to the software development team to ensure that software delivered to customer is consistent with customer’s high expectation for software quality, compliant with customer’s quality system expectations, on time, and in budget - Comply with all relevant policies and procedures - Complete all document required by the company policies and procedures

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. - Age 35-40 years old - 10 years in Progressive IT professional experience with emphasis on Application Development - 5 years’ experience in Managing multiple solution environments including release management of software - Skills in Presentation and Client Relationship - Proven analytical skills, ability to distill and simplify complex concepts - ‘Can-do’ attitude to ensure that work and projects progress ** Interested candidates, please submit your CV to [email protected] or apply online at http://job.cpall.co.th
