หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Experience : 2 Years. Direct experience, with at least 1 yrs. in sourcing and dealing with domestic or oversea manufacturers, or used to work with trading company would be advantageous. Knowledge of forwarding documents is necessary.
Language : English. French and Chinese is a plus..
Working Time : 9am to 6pm . From Monday to Friday.
Good skills in Microsoft , Excel, word ….
Position: Junior Logistic officer.


More Qualification:

Work under pressure and tight schedules with high degree of accuracy
Strong skills in dealing with forwarder & suppliers
Well mature, positive, active, detail-oriented and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and excellent in e-mail correspondence, good Mathematical skills and strong Computer knowledge
Tasks and Duties:
1. Prepare full set of shipping document (Invoice, packing list, BL)
2. Following up 2nd BL with forwarder
3. Monitor order on hand to be delivery on time
4. Coordinate with logistics company for negotiate air-sea freight
5. Coordinate with Oversea supplier for all related document. (PO/SC/Quotation)
5. Prices list and quotation to customers
6. Complete buying price & Compare buying price reports
7. Complete and compare selling prices in software
8. Record shipment data
