หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Representative of the FIC to take care of external & internal visitors, including both commercial & non-commercial visitors (domestics & aboard).
- Presenting the innovations, facilities, & other expertises that showing the professional & food expertise of BETAGRO group, especially FOOD BU
- Create the best visitors' experience at FIC
- Co-ordination between Commercial function (Marketing, Trade Marketing, & Sales) and FIC (all sub functions), especially with the FOOD BU Trade Mktg Food Service
- Work in detail with FIC sub-functions for detail tasks, e.g., customers hospitality theme, menus, presentaion, and or logictics agenda of each visit
- Customer visitation process design, development, and implementation, including facilitation, thus ultimately generating new business opportunities.
- Liaise with internal and external e.g. Sales, Marketing, FIC & CK in organizing customer visit activities to create an impressive customer journey.
- Track and analyze customer data (Sales/ROI) after customer visit
- Build trusting relationships with the key customers of an organization and manage customer expectation by providing proactive communication.
- Work with the head of FIC to develop the visiting campaign, facility development (both hardware & software)
